Our items are sourced from Japan. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, then shipped with tracking.

United States: typical delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Timeframes are estimates and can vary with customs and carrier conditions.

Figures are packed collector-grade: bubble-wrapped or double-boxed, with outer boxes protected.

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
