Refund Policy

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Pre-owned items: condition is disclosed on every listing. If an item arrives materially different from its described condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or refund.

Damaged in transit: photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days — we will replace the item where possible or refund in full.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
