Shipping

• Processing: 2–4 business days. Items are sourced from our Japanese partners, inspected and packed.
• Delivery (US): roughly 10–20 business days after dispatch, with tracking provided.
• Packing: figures are double-boxed or bubble-wrapped; boxes are protected as collectibles deserve.

Returns

• Unopened items: returnable within 30 days of delivery.
• Pre-owned items: condition is disclosed on every listing; returns accepted if the item arrives materially different from its description.
• Damaged in transit: photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days — we'll make it right.
