Are your figures authentic?

Yes — everything we sell is sourced from legitimate Japanese retail channels. We never sell bootlegs or replicas. If an item is a store or campaign exclusive, we say so on the listing.

What does "Pre-owned" mean?

Pre-owned items come from the Japanese collector market, where condition standards are famously strict. Each item is inspected before we list it, and any notable wear is described on the listing.

How long does shipping take?

Because items are sourced from Japan, please allow 2–4 business days for processing plus roughly 10–20 business days for delivery within the US. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I return an item?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our refund policy for details.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind finds (especially exclusives and pre-owned pieces). If something you wanted is gone, message us — we can often hunt down another one in Japan.

Will you carry more series?
