Our authenticity promise: how we source in Japan

The figure world has a bootleg problem. Sharp-eyed collectors know the signs — muddy paint, soft details, suspicious prices — but when you're buying online, you're trusting the seller. So here's exactly how we work.

Where our items come from

We buy from established Japanese retail channels: major hobby retailers, reputable second-hand chains with strict grading standards, and official campaign sources. We do not buy from marketplaces where provenance can't be verified.

New vs. pre-owned

New means factory-sealed from Japanese retail. Pre-owned comes from Japan's collector market — where condition culture is famously strict — and every piece is inspected before we list it. If a box has shelf wear or a figure has been displayed, the listing says so.

Our simple rule

If we wouldn't put it in our own collection, we don't list it. That's the whole policy.

Browse the latest arrivals in All Toys & Figures, and if you're ever unsure about an item, ask us — we'll tell you exactly where it came from.
